Neurosciences at Emory Today

More than 400 faculty members from over two dozen departments and centers across Emory University are working today in basic or clinical neurosciences. Departments range from anthropology to biology, to philosophy, and studies range from nanoscience to behavioral studies in non-human primates to human ethics and spirituality. Collectively, the faculty community provides training to more than 300 undergraduate, 140 doctoral students, as well as 50 clinical residents and post-doctoral fellows.

Emory's strategy emphasizes integrating research, teaching, and health care across multiple professions and traditional administrative units and leveraging university resources to capitalize on its highly collaborative culture.
